Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Gepton website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Gepton provides AI consulting, AI agent development, AI integration, and custom AI software development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. Gepton retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Gepton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.
